Preventative wellness visits to have a comprehensive check-up and annual vaccinations is important for your horse, donkey, or mule. We regularly vaccinate against Rabies, Flu-Rhino, West Nile Virus, Encephalitis Viruses (i.e.
EEE, WEE, and VEE), Tetanus, and Strep-Strangles. Preventative parasite control such as fly, tick, and intestinal parasites can help keep your equine healthy. Regular dental care is also recommended as horse's teeth continue to grow throughout their life. Our doctors can float teeth to eliminate sore spots in the mouth.
If you are traveling to shows, rodeos, boarding facilities, or a new pasture, a Coggins test and health certificate may be needed. Our doctors are USDA accredited to provide these vital services to our clients.

Equine Surgery
It is common to need minor surgery on horses. We have the ability to castrate intact males, perform minor laceration repairs, and do other small surgeries. We have a padded room to provide an extra level of safety for your horse
when sedation is needed. Our horse barns also have stocks for standing procedures.
